You're about to complete the Workforce Capacity Diagnostic (a 10-dimension self-report plus five organisational context questions). Only your team is recorded for cohort context, never your name, and it is never shown alongside your individual answers. Your individual answers are never shown to your employer — only anonymised, aggregated results across your organisation, and only once enough people have responded to protect anonymity. Participation is voluntary; you can stop at any point.
